Colin turned 8 weeks old this past saturday and he now smiles! I don't have any pictures of him smiling yet because it is rare and hard to catch! But I just love to see him smile! Too cute!

I haven't had time to scrapbook at all since Colin's been born...but I did have a half hour today when both boys were napping, so I decided to do a digital scrapbook page and this is what I came up with:

Brandon had his 18 month checkup today.

He is:
25 lbs 14 oz (50th percentile)
30.5 inches tall (5th percentile)--we've got a shorty!!

The nurse practitioner said if he isn't talking by 20-22 months, we will see a speech pathologist, but for now she wasn't too concerned because he understands lots of words and does things when he's told, he just isn't vocalizing his words.

My theory is he isn't talking because his thumb is always in his mouth...who knows?

Everything else looked good!

They look like they got beat up. Colin must have had a sharp nail or something because he got lots of scratches on his cheek...luckily they're gone now, but I got a pic.



And last week Brandon was running around and tripped and fell into one of our kitchen chairs. He got a bruise on his cheek, but recently the bruise moved up towards his eye.



I guess that's what happens when you have boys. They get all beat up. My poor kids...

Abuela and Grandpa Toole came for a visit! We had a great time with them! They loved playing with Brandon and seeing Colin for the first time!
